What I'm grateful for in October.

I go in and out of doing this...but after a wonderful night of wine and conversation, sitting on a porch with a sweet friend of mine, I decided for the month of October, I was back in. For november, I'm all in. Every night before I went to bed, I wrote down in my notebook what I was most grateful for in the day. The best part of that is, going to bed feeling gratitude.

I encourage you to try it. I look back at my journals from the past, and so many times I cant exactly remember the moment. But It always feels good.

Lately, the question I've been inspired to ask myself is 'how do I feel' 'how do I want to feel' 'how do I want my life to feel' --- by acknolwedging what feels good, there's clarity there.

this month it's clear to me what feels good.
